Règlement :

The present Payment describes the organisation of the game and lays down the methods of participation.  This can be modified at any time; the players will then be informed by e-mail or in the forum depending on how big the change was.
Any player will be presumed to have accepted it, simply by taking part in the Game.
Any player refusing the change(s) taken place will have to stop participating in the Game.

Principle of the game:
The principle is very similar to what bookmakers offer on-line; at the start you are given 1000 points. Then it's up to you to use them wisely by making picks.  For this you can make two types of picks on events from more than 20 football championships and cups, as well as rugby and basketball.  To help you, you have the chance to refer to picks by other players and take part in the forum.

Each game start the first day of the month normally around 11h00 CEST and will end at 23h59 CEST the last day of the month. All event started after this date will be cancelled.

Forecast rules:

It is possible to place simple and/or multiple picks.  A multiple forecast is defined as an individual forecast that combines two picks or more in a simple pick:  if one of the pick loses, the whole pick is lost.  In the event of a simple pick, the winnings will be equal to the wager multiplied by the odds.  In the event of a multiple pick, the winnings will be equal to the wager multiplied by the product of the different odds.

Unless otherwise stipulated, the outcome of the picks for Football will be based on the result at full time, stoppages included, but extra time and penalties excluded.  The same rule applies to Rugby where the draw option is offered.  For Basketball, the odds are based on the result  at the end of regulation time, plus scheduled over-time.

In the event of a change of game surface or if the event is moved from outside to inside or vice versa, all  picks will be in effect, except if the change of location also involves a change in conditions, such as playing away or on neutral ground.  In this case all affected  picks will be cancelled.

Picks on postponed or deferred events will be cancelled except if re-scheduled or re-started in the following time period, from the initially scheduled date:
Basketball: the same day;
Football: the next day;
Rugby: the next day;

If a participant or a team discontinues the match or if the match is interrupted and isn't resumed, all the special bets relating to the score, number of points, sets, half-time - end of match or relating to the different parts of the match will be cancelled and bets refunded On the other hand, bets concerning the result of the event are kept and the player or the team that discontinues, is considered to be the loser.

All picks must be made and accepted before the start of the events/competitions.
Any pick placed or received after the start of the event/competition will be cancelled.

RISK-FREE BETS:

Placing bets known as risk-free bets is forbidden.  Therefore, to pick a simple bet, on the two results of tennis match for example, or the three results of a football match.

Likewise, it is prohibited to pick all possible results of a combined bet.

Coteur reserves the right to cancel any pick placed by any person attempting to cheat. If this occurs, we reserve the right to remove the player's account.

Limitations:

Each pick is limited to 3000 points.

Points attributed:

At the beginning of each month, all accounts are reset to 1000 points except for players who take part in the forum; depending on the number of messages left in the forum, they can be attributed point bonuses - these bonuses can be checked out by clicking here.

Pick results and validation

Valid results for determining the outcome of a pick are those established for the events by the respective federations or any other competent body.  In the absence of such regulations, the results will be determined depending on national press agency publications of the countries where the events took place.

The results are always recognized in the field or on the track.  Any result on paper stemming from a disciplinary action or an ordinary or particular legal action will not be taken into account.

Winnings will be credited to the player's game account after confirmation of the final results. The payment on the pick will be made on the odds that were valid during the making and confirmation of the pick.

Prizes-Gifts:

At the beginning of each month, the winnings are announced for the competition in the forum (http://en.coteur.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=52 ).

Ranking:

There are two types of ranking:

General ranking:
To be part of the ranking, you must have at least one pick result.  The ongoing pick points whose results have not yet come in, are added to the point total.  Therefore, the simple fact of making a pick, has no influence on the ranking, since the result is unknown.

Ranking of the month:
This ranking only takes winnings achieved during the month into account (your winnings - your losses).  At the end of the month, you need to have at least a minimum of 10 picks to be able to claim your winnings.

Cheating, use of bugs:
In the event of cheating, the player will be excluded from the competition and his/her account removed.

Multiple accounts:
One single account per computer and per address ip is allowed. Any person using several accounts, will be excluded from the competition and his/her account removed.
